Refund policy
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from ärtskül and wish to return it for a full refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The returned merchandise must come back to us in the original condition along with the original invoice as proof of purchase from artskul.com. ärtskül defines the original condition as unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, fragrance-free and with all original tags attached and in all original packaging.
All returns must be authorized by email first. Please contact us at hello@artskul.com and write ärtskül returns in the subject line of your email. ärtskül will acknowledge your notification via email.

When the goods are received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, the cost and safe return of the goods is your responsibility and must arrive within the specified return policy window. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order following the successful return processing of original condition merchandise. (See definition of original condition above under our return policy.)
Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage and are not responsible for any shipments lost or liability for packages damaged in transit back to us. Therefore, packages must be traceable, insured, and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, registered mail). Clearly, indicate on the outside of the package, "RETURNED GOODS." This will prevent any customs charges being added for international orders. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund as we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes, etc. ärtskül reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the client's expense.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will always try to be as swift as possible; however, sometimes refunds can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping.
WHAT ABOUT AN EXCHANGE?
If you need to exchange an article you purchased from us for the same item, send us an email at hello@artskul.com. The same return policy and process applies under the how to return your order instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping charges may apply.
